Well I completed my first day of the p90x.  I did the ab ripper x around 12:45 this afternoon.  My abs certainly need some work.  I could not even do some the moves these people were doing.  I did make it through.  I then completed the back and chest workout at 5pm today.  I could do more of those moves then I could of the abs.  It pretty much went from pulls up to push ups back and forth for about an hour.  I am quite sore and looking forward to sleep.  Tomorrow is plyometrics AKA jump training.  I watched a few minutes of it tonight to see what I was getting into.  Most of the moves I can do its just comes down to the balance part.
