son of a bitch am I soar.  I watched part of this last night to see what it was and none of the moves seem to difficult but they will kick your ass.  He said that this workout was the X in p90x and I think he is right.  This workout is an hour long and there are minimal breaks and what break you do get are only 30 seconds.  You can take a break a little longer which I had to do but he does not want you to break to long and have your heart rate drop.  This work out is all about keeping your heart racing.  If I am soar now I can't wait to see what tomorrows soarness will be like.

sounds painful! I'm glad that I decided against getting it. I told Aaron that tonight after I got off the phone with you. Lol.. I'm happy with sticking at the gym, thanks
