Kempo X

I always thought that all that punching and kicking excercise videos were kind of dumb and I thought I might feel like a dumbass doing all those punchs....but once I started going through this workout you learn to through a punch and kick and teachs balance and it sure got my heart rate up. My highest was around 171 bpm. I was able to do all the moves but some I had to pause and run them in slowmo so I could see exactly what they were doing. Needless to say I had fun doing it. I look forward to it next week. I will not look foward to plyo or chest and back....blarg.

  1. Ha! I do that crap with my biggest loser dvd. I have to make sure the blinds are closed though cuz people passing by would be like, "what the.?"

  2. ya same here....but my blinds are always closed anyway puts to much glare on my computer screen.
