back and biceps
Well that is what i did.  Lots of different kinds of biceps curls and different forms of pull ups.  I need to get some different weights.  My ten pounds is two light for some of the moves and my twentys are two heavy for some.  I need to get a pair of 12 pounders and 15 pounders.  For my chest, triceps, and shoulders I would help to have less then 10 also maybe 5 and 8 pounders. I also did my abs again.  I was not feeling that good today for doing the workout but I fought my way through it and finished the whole thing plus the abs.  Tomorrow is yoga.
