Legs, Back, Abs
Same as yesterday nothing new just the same workout.  I hate doing the ab workout as I have stated in earlier posts.  But I push myself to do them.  I know I am getting stronger in the legs but it is hard to see a difference in leanest until the after photos.  even then I still have much much flab to get rid of.

Man,flab sucks! I have too much flab, too! But I'm not really doing anything about it.. I just run. no crunches or anything.. maybe I should start.. gotta get my belly flat again!
