Phase 2
Yesterday started the phase two of my workout.   I did chest, shoulders, and triceps.  There was many forms of pushups some easy most hard.  The big one that I thought there would be no way I could do was the jump/plyo push up.  You get into a wide feet wide hand stance then push up and jump feet and hands off the ground and if you can get high enough you clap your hands then come back down and continue to failure.  Ab ripper x was also yesterday that was still hard but I might be getting better at it.  Today is plyometrics which I actually might be having fun doing since my form is getting better and it is a real sweaty workout.
