yoga x
Finished my yoga x workout.  Nothing really new to post about it except that I think I am getting a little more flexable.  I am getting a little strain in my upper back though after doing the shoulder stand.  I dont know if this is because I am losing fat in my back and there is not as much padding to support there or I am doing something wrong.  It only hurts right after when I go into childs pose and stretch my upper body out.  Then it seem to subside.
