My job is to deliver real estate magazines once a month.  When those magazines come in all other prioritys are moved down, including my p90x workout.  Which I dont really like, I wanted to stick to this but I working this magazines takes all day and somtimes into the night.  The first night I had to deliver I did not get back till 6pm then I had to leave again to deliver some more and did not get back till 10:45pm.  I certainly was not in the mood to workout then.  Thursdays yoga was also skipped because I did not get home till around 7:00pm and was dead tired and was not in the mood to do yoga for an hour and half and then eat dinner.  Fridays legs and back was skipped all though I probably could have done I had the time but was tired from delivering all day.  I got back into on saturday and did my kempo x workout.  I also did my x stretch on sunday.  I decide to start week 2 over since I missed three days.  I did my back and chest yesterday and abs barely.   His ab workout is extremely hard I can not do any of the moves for the most part with good form.  My abs are that weak.  I think I might do my own kind of ab workout and then when they are stronger I will move to Tony's ab ripper x workout. 
I think I might skip plyometrics today and then do my three days that I missed.  I'll then skip kempo x but I still might do x stretch and then start week 3.  Alright I think I am up to date now.
