Yoga X

I did not post yesterdays workout so I will add today. I decide to skip plyo on tuesday since I will be starting week 2 over. I then did my shoulder and arms workout yesterday which I had missed last week. I purchased these exercise bands that help alot with some of the workouts. Mostly on the back workout when I have to do pull ups. These are so much easier not that it is easy I still get a hell of burn from them but I can get into a better posterior and have better form and this will help my strengthing my back more till I can do the regular pull ups on the bar.

I went through the entire yoga x workout all 90 minutes of it. When I quit the first time I made it about 40 minutes but if I had just gone a few more minutes longer the whole workout changed from those hard sweat drenching poses to more work on balance and I was able to do a lot of those and like doing them. There was work on my abs and then finished up with stretching and just relaxation at the end. Tomorrow is legs and back.
