Week 2 Chest, Back and Abs
I think I worked harder this week and did better on my form then last week.  I felt much more exhausted this time.  The ab moves are still very difficult for me.  I can manage maybe 3 good ones before I have to stop.  I wonder if I can do that stretch x routine everyday or I should wait till the end of the week.
